I rented from this man. He was never available when you needed him. He doesn't allow you to call him!

He doesn't respond in a timely fashion--you have to email him!

My heat and hot water were out during the winter months.Did he respond in a timely fashion? No.

Did he reduce my rent you may ask for all the days I went without heat or hotwater? Silly you, this guy is anything but fair. He is litigous and if you speak to him, he will blather about "I belong to the North Carolina renter, blah, blah."

I kept my studio apartment immaculate. When I moved out, he kept $175 of my security! One hundred was to clean the spotless floor! Then he kept seventy-five dollars to wash two windows.

You have been warned. The guy is a rip off of epic proportions.
