I went to Fieldstone mortgage to inquire about a loan. I was sent by the sell of the property that I was seeking. At settlement I had a first and second mortgage and a loan from Cavalier Financial. I later found out my down payment wasn't showing on my settlement sheet.
I then had a lien on my other property that had nothing to do with this mortgage I recieved by Fieldstone mortgage/Ray Dickerson/ Cavalier Financial. I am now filing a Chapter 13 to stop Cavalier Financial from stealing my property. Cavalier Financial is not registered with the DLLR. When Cavalier Financial filed to foreclose on my property they filed i wasnt paying my mortgage. I like to now how anyone can have a 3 thousand dollar mortgage.
