In the month of December 2006, I sent Cavalier a money order in the amount of $40.00 to Cavalier to start up phone service for a friend. We have repeatedly called the company and they "claim" that they have not received it. This is the second time it has happened to myself and my friend. We feel that the company is a fraud and stealing money from hard-working people. They need to be stopped and investigated.

money order

Hello,


I use to work in the collections department honestly if you have a missing money order, there is a toll free number on the back of the money order in which you should call first to confirm if the money order was cashed or not, if it was then you call cavalier to report this, you see MONEY ORDERS are JUNK!! if it gets lost in the mail the customer always blames the company for the loss of the payment, and then when they try to recover the money off the money order it takes weeks to get the money back, this is the worst payment method, if you mail a check and it gets lost you can atleast have the money in the bank and cancel the check with the bank to avoid it from being cashed... but please use a different method.. The money orders are such hassle's to the company's that take payments. because there is always some kind of issue with them,
