Cavalry Portfolio Services - Sprint PCS fraud case, trying to rip off, ruin credit report Hawthorne New York

I am so surprised to read all the entries on this company. I too have a bill from them that states I owe them $791.04 because of sprint pcs. I called sprint and ripped them also. I got a fraud packet from cavalry but its a joke, and its true you can't talk to anyone there. They leave you on hold for long times and then you get disconnected.

They besides the fact are scamming people, are extremly rude. I had one girl yawn overly loudly in my ear (which I did tell her umm excuse you) and I then proceeded to give her an earful about what horrible customer service they have.

They are not getting a dime out of me. There is no way!

I was even more upset because I have tried to get a cell phone but beacause of my credit history (which might I add is not the best) I have been denied a phone from other companies, and due to the fact that I lived in indiana at the time and the phone was from FL, they had the nerve to tell me IF my case was proven to be fraud (umm hello I'm not gonna drive 1300 miles to obtain a cell phone). I was like it is fraud hello!

OK I will also update if I hear any other news. Please spread the word about this horrible practice of sprint and cavalry
