CB Transportation Shady operation at best Chester Springs Pennsylvania

This company has some problems. This operation coins itself on working "virtually" which is a fancy way of saying it operates out of the owners basement. They are connected to other employees through a pretty nonsecure  internet connection. Their system is constantly being shut down for viruses that spread thoughout their network. The owner Carole and her husband Michael have different last names as to show that there is no nepotism in the company. The truth is they are married. She owns the company, he is over the IT part of the company. She generally cares about the company, and is a meal ticket for her husband. His other title is also CFO but knows nothing about finances. In fact, it was so mismanaged that they hired someone else to come in and fix their finances. That brought to light all sorts of problems in collections and what their operating ratio really was. They have cut people's pay there in order to save money. All the while they constantly take money out of the company to finance their own lavish lifestyle.

When asked by the Executive VP about where the money was going in the company, that employee was promptly fired. They have since replaced that person with a General Manager. That employee has had some serious management issues with her previous employer that this current company has no idea about. This employee is tracking to bring this operation even lower. They have let some pretty good employees go, the ones that caught on to what they were doing financially. One of the replacements was the owners son of all people. The husband has a pretty steady schedule of stepping out of the basement each day at around 2pm to light up a joint, so he can coast throught the rest of the workday. But then comes in and calls all of the shots. The owner is afraid to say something so he basically runs the company his own way. This company has problems throughout the entire organization and any customer using them is probably at risk at some point. In an operation that has less that 15 employees at least 4 of them are "family". As a customer, I would simply say, "use at your own risk".
