CBCS - Bellsouth Telecommunications Incorrect Collection Account For Service I Was Never Billed For Atlanta Georgia ripoff, bogus, fraudelent, fake, non-verifiable Atlanta Georgia

I received a collection notice in the mail, again, from CBCS with the original entity being BellSouth. It showed a collection account for an outrageous amount of $752.00. I called BellSouth and after jumping through many hoops was finally put in touch with their collection dept who told me that I had a phone account opened in 2001 at my mom's home address. I told them that this wasn't true mainly because I never authorized anyone to open any home phone accounts in my name.

I contacted CBCS and explained to them that this was not right, and that BellSouth told me to dispute this with you all, but CBCS REFUSED to verify this debt with BellSouth. I called BellSouth back and explained that CBCS was REFUSING to verify the debt and asked them to contact CBCS to clear this up, but they told me there was nothing they could do on their end to help.

I refuse to pay something that I don't owe to people trying to steal money from me. This is the second time this has happened from this d**n company. I am surely going to speak with a lawyer about the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit against BellSouth with CBCS's name plastered all over it.
