I decided that I wanted to pay off a bellsouth telephone bill that appreaded on my credit report. So processed to contact CBCS and requires a itemzied bill . However, not only were the staff unhelpful but the the supervisor disconnected our phone conversation .How rude!As a result I am no longer willing to resolve this bill.
