To the point lookng for a Wordpress theme and found it and pruchased it.  I have set up lots of wordpress websites and undertand the processed but when the DB sql had a exsisting URL in place where there should have been none, I contacted seller(s) for help.

Even though I changed the exsisting URL in the SQL to my ccorrect  url, the theme didn't work.  the response we got:

"Dear customer

as we see you did your site customization
your site works fine
yes it is not the same as demo because you deleted demo content and have added yours :)
ask to your webmaster do it correctly or we can customize your site if you like but it is extra job and will cost extra money

regards,
support team"


1.  we never did any customizations because the theme didn't workout

2. we never provided our site URL, so how would they see the theme just sitting the curent broken state

3.  we never deleted anything so, how did we delete the demo? 

finally, looks like they just want extra money
