Oct. 15, 2013 I received verification email that I declined feature selections.

Oct. 26, 2013 I was charged $34.46 plus a $15.00 overdraft fee. This was the third time this has happened!

I contacted customer service requesting my account to be closed immediately.
Oct. 29, 2013 I received this:

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for contacting us.

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your account. We have processed your request but you may receive up to two additional notices asking you to respond to your Featured Selection. Don't worry, we will not send these Featured Selections automatically.

If you have any additional questions or concerns please call or email us.

I logged into my bank tonight Nov. 6, 2013 to see another $29.46 has been taken by CBOMC! I have canceled my card associated with this account as they would not allow me to delete it from my account!
I'm tired of being ripped off! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford all this money and overdrafts!!
