CBS International offered a a low rate for a hotel in Las Vegas for a tradeshow that we were going to attend.
They sent us a quote for how much the hotel was going to be per night, which hotel they were going to book the reservation, and how many rooms we wanted to book.
They asked us for a credit card information so that they can process and book us the hotel at the rate they suggested.
Two weeks before leaving to Las Vegas, we called the company to verify the reservation. Unfortunately, no matter how many times we have called at different hours of the day, the company's phone line would go straight to voice mail. We even sent reservations@allcbs.com multiple emails, but we did not get a single reply! Since they sent us an invoice, we believed that the reservation was confirmed.
Once we arrived to Las Vegas, the desk receptionist told us that there were no rooms booked under our name nor where there any rooms booked for 3 people, so we were forced to pay the full amount of the hotel room (more than 3 times CBS International's suggested rate).
CBS International will try to assure you that you're getting an amazing rate and that everything is taken care of. Please do not work with this company. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again!

he claims he is an ex employee and located in the USA, for the knowlege of everyone that we do not have any employees in the usa. our call center is in Dubai and Philipines. try something else ex employee.

i have been working for this company for a long time and noticed that ex employess are the one who is scamming customers trying to run business like us. please note that the person who wrote this statement claim he is an ex employee without specifying his name and what when he was employeed not even giving an example of what he claim. just once and for all we been in business for a very long time and all factors around us shows our success. as far as issues ......ofcourse we have some unhappy claints which is the norm of any business. we book and deliver as we promissed and we are very happy to have over 10000 happy customers while having a few unhappy due to mistakes and misunderstatnding from the customer's side and to be around 80% the other 20% i agree its due to our strict vendors we deal with and all mentioned in our agreement form before conducting buesiness with us. please state facts and details of the issue so the readers can get a full knwledge of the facts.

I am sorry to have worked for such a company. They are in Egypt and the owners names are Sameh Shaban and Hatem Gohar. They run the scam from a computer mall in Nasr City called Serag mall which they have a huge boiler room like setup. These people are ruthless and only care about one thing. Getting your credit card and charging it and not giving you anything back.
