Watch out for cbs yellow pages aka"s Samba llc. and your local phone compaies like Verizon.
 Dec.17th 2009 Cbs Yellow Pages aka. Samba llc. put a $49.95 total $52.45 bill on my Verizon phone bill for the number without my consent. This is a unauthorized bill to my phone bill. I  have called & sent email on various dates after finding this on my bill to have this removed & Samba LLC. aka. CBS Yellow Pages. Samba LLC. aka. CBS Yellow Pages has not removed this from my bill on my Verizon personal land line.
   
    I have spent many hours on this Civil Tort and have had no results. Verizon states it's not there problem. They bill for many other companies like this as well as all other phone companies do also.

    Verizon rep. stated to me they will put a hold on this bill for 3 months, but I will have to pay interest on a unauthorized bill and may lose my service with them if I do not pay all of this in full. Verizon rep. stated they have the right to do this because of the the government deregulation phone companies act. & they are protected by the federal government to do so. The only way a consumer may protect them self some what, is to have a free 3rd party block on there phone line. So call your phone company and have this service put on for free.
                         This is so wrong & should be against the law.
