CCA first national ripped off my mom for $199! Never received books or ordered anything. Refused to give money back. Mom is 75 yrs old. Did not understand what she was doing, on fixed income. Now will be short with bill money for the month because she only gets $600 a mo to live on. Refused to cancel. Preying on the elderly, had to close her acct to assure no more money taken. Mom lives in port arthur,tx
