CCA - First National Membercard ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Received this credit card today 8/20/05, the envelope had been torn open, it's so obvious it's not funny, but the contents are still there.

On the front of the envelope is a Neon Sign telling anyone what is inside. I would never fall for this scam anyway, buying crap from them! I cannot contact them to tell them I did not activate the card in the event whom ever open the envelope got the information and called to activate it.

Now I'm paranoid that someone (from the US Post office probably) has activated the card in my name and is using it. There is no way to contact them. The only number they have is the stupid Activation number. My next trip to Vegas, maybe I can stop by PO Box 46101 and see who is picking up the mail.
