These companies should be jailed,charging 3 times for my use of a site one time. I used it over a time, and they drew $800.00 from my bank account, and overdrew the account. It tokk me and my bank, to get the money back finaly. Then the same company had the - - - - -. to try and get back the money that they had to pay back to me, that was mine.
I recieved calls and letters from them, or the person they had sent to get my money.Months went by, and they kept harrising me over it. I sent in a statement from my Bank, that the money was mine,and that it was a refund to from CCBilling. I told them to stop harrising me, and that the next time they did, they would hear from my Lawyer.
They stopped. They did screw up my good credit rating,from stating that I did not pay,and was delinquit in payments. Now my cc rating is in the 500,s. Now I have to try and get it back up to were it was. It was in the 700,s. I may have to get the Lawyer, and file a suit aqainst them. Why do they get a lisensen to screw people,and get away with it?. It must be stopped.

CC bill, I Bill, and all the similar named companies are known to us PIs as adult web site, credit card/payment processing services. So if you wanted to "type with one hand' and pay for the privilige - I guess that is your right. BUT, don't be naive or stupid. This goes out to all of you consumers of products of the "dark side" of the web - - - pick up a visa/mastercard/american express gift card and use that on adult web sites in the future! They carry a $5. fee per card and can be purchased for amounts of $20, $50, $100, and so on.... They allow you to register in any name you want since the account is not tied to your identity, name, or bank account in any way. Plus you are limiting the amount of your exposure. If you sign up for a service that is $25. per month with a $50. card, they can't ever get more than $50. from you!!! This is perfectly legitimate, and as long as you are paying for what you ordered no one can object to what you are doing. When the card has been used up - toss it and buy a new one!
Note to all you married guys - - - any charge on your personal, individual, joint, or company credit card is evidence FOREVER of any charges to adult, dating, or gambling web sites that you have patronized. If your wife opens your mail or your credit card records are subpoenaed in a divorce ----YOU ARE TOAST!!!
ONE MORE THING; one your bill, and your on-line statement the charge shows up with CCbills phone number. Anyone calling with your name OR credit card number will get the EXACT NAME OF THE WEBSITES you have been subscribing to.....RIGHT OVER THE PHONE - THERE IS NO PRIVACY OR CONFIDENTIALITY.
For example, if your wife opens your mastercard bill and calls Ibill or CCbill and says what is this charge on John Doe's credit card? The will tell her EVERYTHING!
When you get home, don't be surprised to find your stuff on the street and the locks changed.
So take a little friendly advise, don't use your own credit card, debit card, or anything else attached to you on adult web sites; not 900 # billing, check by phone....none of it is safe, and your secret will be out (plus if those sites are hacked, you will become a victim of identity fraud too). Use a gift card, or pre-loaded card with no more than $100 bucks on it, and keep your business - your business!
