CCC - Gemini Subscriptions ripoff excessive shipping time unwilling to cancel subscription questionable credibility Evergreen Colorado

Some girls claiming to be college students (Cortney Hintz) came to my door one morning back in October saying they were selling magazine subscriptions for some type of fundraiser or contest they were trying to win, and if I bought a subscription from them it would help them build points. SO I thought I'd be a nice guy and help them out. Then they told me that the it would cost $55 which I thought was kind of expensive for a magazine. It's now been 3 months since I've seen anything in the mail so I went online and found other similiar complaints about this company being fraudulent. On the reciept I was given it says to allow 120 days for delivery. In my opinion that sounds like enough time for someone forget they bought it and not inquire, or for the buisness to close down once they have enough peoples' money. I called them today and the woman who ansered the phone was very rude to me even though I just asked her why it takes so long to deliver. If it's been this long though it doesn't sound like I'm ever going to see my magazine.
