Hello Kim, nice to see you back on the boards. Anyhoo yes I have personal reasons. Also wage garnishment? Well Kim, everyone who came through R&G signed a contract. In that contract they agreed they understood several things. One being the process is not guaranteed by R&G. Also they undestood that R&G were marketers and 100% of all service and support was to come from the CCDN. Also in that contract is what is called a "hold harmless" clause. That has already been tried and it does hold firm.
Now to the nitty gritty. What I find strange is that when speaking with customers before hand, I would let them know all of the above. I would let them know that R&G make no warrants to the outcome or effectiveness of the program in their individual case. Everyone explicitly swore they understood that. Now when the program came out well. They would call and give praises. Now for the group that it didn't. They always come back and say they were lied to. Suddenly they claim, despite the contract THEY signed, that R&G is responsible for fixing things for them. Some claim they never even signed a contract although we have copies of them ALL! Some say they did not understand the contract. Then why sign it? That is one of the reasons I will never even be interested in working in any field related to debt relief. Too many of the people who sign the contracts are not the brightest crayon in the box.
So anyway, this is my last post on here. I do not market the CCDN process or work with them in any way shape or form. If you are one of the ones that believe suddenly that R&G lied to you and that the contract YOU signed is somehow irrelevant, you are one of them crayons.
For those the program worked out for, great I am happy for them they found some relief. For those it didn't, I wish them the best as well. They understood the risks and agreed on contract to that end.

R&G Marketing closed down/Richard Russ... it's personal???

Dear Richard:
You stated:
"So if you have had a bad experience with the CCDN, do what ever your sensibility guides you to do. I know, Everett, you feel they let you down. They may have. That has nothing to do with the marketing. I do not market for them and will never market for them again. I am not saying they are a scam. I just have my own personal reasons why I will not work for them.
Not sure where Everett is going with this one, but my sensibility say...to go after you.
Maybe Richard, CCDN has let you down. Maybe they have, or maybe it's just business as usual.
Your marketing of CCDN has everything to do with it. Gregg Brit, Robert Lock, Phil Manger,Tracey Webster, John Lagersomething, Jen, "the" network of attorneys, voiding judgments, Federal lawsuits & attorneys, credit repair, 100% success rate, ect, ect....It's very much about you & R&G Marketing. I know this because I've experienced the nonsence as well as others similarly situated;-0
It was you that stated to the BBB that CCDN is not the only thing you marketed. So closing the doors should not have been necessary. Unless it became personal.
I'm a business owner, and business (making money) and personal (mortgage, assets, ect) reasons are drastically different. I bet you do have personal reasons for no longer working for them. Hey, your not alone. Many of your clients feel your pain.
Good thing you didn't say it was ALL a scam. You could be sued for that? Unless of course, you had solid documentation to support that fact.
Are you scared Richard? As the saying goes, "you can't get blood from a rock". Very true...but after awhile that rock will crumble. They say only the strong survive.
Again, if you are considering doing business with any of the above mentioned names, please reconsider. If you are currently a client, you would be wise to find an alternative.......quickly, before it gets really ugly for you. I can say from my horrible experience .........it's a scam.
Good Day & Best Regards.
PS Richard....I treasure the thought of wage garnishment at that new job of yours ;-)

Again you are incorrect. I am not going to get into some kind of online kung fu with you but there is no actively marketing company under R&G or Excell that I know of. Both have been closed.
Not sure what you mean by loaning my name out but does not make much sense. I have been around the web design/development business a long time so I do not think you even know what you are talking about.
I now work as a Systems Administrator for a company in Gainesville FL. Nothing to do with CCDN or any online marketing. That is no longer anything I am interested in.
So if you have had a bad experience with the CCDN, do what ever your sensibility guides you to do. I know, Everett, you feel they let you down. They may have. That has nothing to do with the marketing. I do not market for them and will never market for them again. I am not saying they are a scam. I just have my own personal reasons why I will not work for them.

In God We Trust
I believe that was written on all of the money Richard Russ/CCDN stole from me and refused to return while R&G Marketing/Richard Russ supported CCDN and their invisible attorneys working on my cases. Seperated from them - so you may be, but a theif you still remain. You and your counterpart, Greg Britt.
Best Regards.

Nice try Richard, but you still work for the crooks at CCDN as well as your R&G Marketing aka Excel Marketing Company.
No website owner "loans" his or hers website name.
You still sell the same debt elimination product that you have for the last 5 years or more.
Stop ripping of the American Consumer. Please refund their money that you have taken!

Mark J from Omaha is an idiot. Just because they have not taken my name out of the Domain Name contacts information does not mean I still work for them. Try any of the email addresses you mentioned to see if they work. Bet they bounce! I had created the websites which you will notice are all down except for ezdebt. However, that site has been turned over to someone else. I do not think they are even actively using it.
The active site currently is creditrestore123 and I certainly did not create that crap site. My kids can build a better site than that. I currently have absolutely nothing to do with CCDN, Legal Debt Cure, Attorney Debt Help or EZDebt Solutions. Nor will I ever again have anything to do with them. Again, I am not here to bad mouth them or what they do or claim to do.

Beware of Bob Lindsey
AUTHOR: Trinity699 - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, December 10, 2009
Again, I worked for Bob Lindsey and TCCS right before the AG's office shut them down.
Everything I was taught about the program was an outright lie. I found this out by working day to day there.
I was in customer service and I was also part of the legal help.
There were no attorneys making decisions on the hundreds of active cases coming from the CCDN into the office, or on any legal situation happening.
When I was with them, we (me and Tracy Webster) were told to give "forms" to everyone who was in a lawsuit. My background is a legal secretary, I was told that Tracy's background is a paralegal. When I had a question on someone's suit, which was all the time because every situation was different, I asked Bob Lindsey for his advice and/or Tracy Webster. I thought they were communicating with actual attorneys and they were not.
Bob and Tracy were so sloppy with handling people's lawsuits that they were telling people to go in to hearings and argue quite significant issues. Of course people were getting smacked down in courts, they did not have the legal expertise to defend themselves. The outcomes were and are disastrous.
I was told in a company meeting that I had to tell the client's LIFE IS NOT FAIR. That is when I realized he was a great big fraud and he did not care the slightest bit about his client's welfare.
Discovery was a whole other issue. All of that was handled with more sloppy strategies, certainly nothing that an actual attorney would advise.
This is what Bob told me to do when someone got sued.
1. Provide them a form Answer with language that was similar to the stuff he sells in his videos, that the Bank never actually lent real money, etc., NOTHING that will stand up in a court of law. I even have access to an email from Tracy Webster stating this.
2. Then after the Answer was filed, give the client form Requests for Interrogatories, Requests for Admission and Requests for Production.
Meanwhile the client is getting hit very hard by the other side's counsel with their discovery to our client.
I was told that if the other side missed the 30 day (not all state's have the same response date for Requests for Admission, in Texas it is 30 days) response time, that our client could file for a dismissal. This is true, this is how it can work BUT
BOB'S WHOLE STRATEGY ON A CLIENT WINNING A CASE IN STATE COURT WAS BASED ON A TECHNICALITY!!!
If the other side pressed on and did answer the Requests for Admission within the time period, then Bob told me to tell the client's that they needed to settle.
OF COURSE IF HE AND THE PROGRAM HAD NOT TOLD THE CLIENT TO STOP PAYING THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR, THE CLIENT WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN SUED.
This BS about the six month period that original creditor's sell off or whatever the term is that Bob uses, does not exist. This is why everyone is getting sued.
About a week before the AG's office s**t him down, on board comes Rodney Briscoe. He was not there before that and was introduced in a weekly meeting.
There were so many blatant lies that I caught Bob and TCCS in, that it was just plain comical after awhile and I could not in honesty advise any of the clients to do anything, I just started referring them to Mr. Lindsey to talk to.
They are crooks, I have emails that back up everything I say, which have already been provided to the AG's office.
What's even more disgusting was that his financial partners knew what he was doing, or found out about it, and did nothing about it.

Yup. Sounds quite a bit like my story! I wish I would have used the money I paid them to settle with the credit card companies. I'm doing everything in my power to make MY story known to all that will listen...exactly like it happened as well.
