CCI Training Centers located in Dallas and Arlington may be the biggest scam artists in the for-profit vocational training industry. The owners are from Iran and Iraq and put no money back into the school nor have well educated faculty. The financial aid situation is alarming. The owner will have admissions staff fill out FAFSA paperwork for the student (highly illegal). The students will get stuck with high interest loans that they will not be able to pay back after graduation. The skills they recieve at CCI will not increase their chances of getting a higher paying job. CCI Training Center constantly changes start dates for financial gains and has no concern for the well being of the student. The entire school is the most unorganized place I have ever seen.

My Experience With CCI

AUTHOR: Nudyinae - ()

CCI is not fair to their students.  They do not get what they pay for.  They are not prepared for real world scenarios nor are they prepared to take exams that will give credentials in order to get their foot in the door at any company.

The instructors are not trained instructors.  They also don't have the tools they need to successfully teach the students what they need to know, the students need more hands on than what they are getting.  The resources are not there and the school is not willing to spend the money to make it a more productive environment.

The VA program is not done properly.  Most of the veterans complain about how their claims are filed and that they are not receiving their money in a timely manner.

Shamrock is not providing information, but spinning a story to put the school in a bad light.

In order of complaints:

We are among the most upright of the For-Profit vocational training industry, and have received our national accredidation with flying colors. We are not in the news like other industry leaders have been in the past months, and we pride ourselves on our quality training.

We aquire industry professionals to teach our classes.

We do not fill out FAFSA paperwork for the students.

We accept Federal Financial Aid, who regulates interest rates.

The skills we pass on to our students are shown to increase their marketability in their field.

We start classes on a schedule that is clearly defined before enrollment.

We care for our students over anything else, and offer placement services to ensure that they succeed, even after they've graduated.

And lastly, we have an organized staff structure with accountability at all levels to ensure that each of our students are well taken care of.

If you have any questions regarding any policy or service, please do not hesitate to call 817-226-1900.
