CCS - Consumer Credit Services RIPOFFS AND BROKEN HEARTED LITTLE GIRLS ON CHRISTMAS MORNING Las Vegas Nevada

Sometime last year I sign up with CCS gave them my card payment for $120.00 and the rest of the $143.00 would go on my account. Than I order a Karaoke Machine for my kids
from Santa for under the tree, when they wake in the morning like every Christmas. Well this your there was no present for Santa for the kids.

I order the Karaoke Machine on November 11, 2003 I was Guaranteed it buy Christmas. I have called them a least 20 time since then and ask if I could have the tracking no. They told me they did not have it yet. I also was charged $99.00 twice out of my checking account, for something I have not received or order. I have put a reversal on that and I am waiting for a decision.

I tried to stop payment with my bank, they are telling me that it has been posted but not sent payment to CCS. Today I just got off the Phone with CCS and ask what my Guarantee is since it was not here be Christmas and still as of today not here. They told me that it will be sent today or tomorrow. So I said what is my Guarantee they said they don't when before they told me we can't tell until after Christmas. I wish I knew than what I know now.

Not only did William tell me, he himself knew that it is guarantee If I order before November 20, 2003, but did not know what the guarantee was or who he could ask. He also said that Christmas is the sprit of Christmas and not Santa Claus. COULD SOMEONE TELL HOW YOU TELL THAT TO 3 VERY HURT LITTLE GIRLS WHO STILL BELIEVE IN HOPE AND THE LOVE OF A JOLLY OLD MAN IN A RED SUIT.
