CCS Direct LLC CCS, CCS Skateboard shop Charged for items I ordered & was sent something else Internet

 I ordered a complete skateboard from the company. I ordered all the parts separate so I could put it together myself. I received my order on the weekend and noticed that instead of skateboard wheels that I ordered, they sent me a pair of men's socks (I'm not a man.) I emailed their customer service and waited all weekend with no reply. Monday came and I had to go to their Instagram account to garner attention for the issue. Finally I received a reply from "Tyler" at the CCS Customer Service. He wanted photo proof of the items and a photo of my invoice. I sent him pictures of the socks and the board with all the parts and never received any replies. I went back to their Instagram AND their Facebook messages since I wasn't getting any replies. Someone on Facebook told me my issue was taken care of and to enjoy my new wheels. So I emailed Tyler back asking for the tracking information and confirmation that the replacement order was placed. Tyler proceeded to say that he could not send my replacement wheels unless I showed him a photo of my packaging slip which I explained that I threw away with the box but I still had my email confirmation invoice from when I placed the online order. I still have not heard back and I will be taking action against them through the Better Business Bureau. The socks they sent me were not even half the price of the wheels I ordered. They took my money and they won't send me the wheels that were on my invoice. Please avoid this company at all costs. CCS online skateboard shop only cares about making a quick dollar and do not care about their customers. They will rip you off and ignore your emails until you continuously post on their social media for everyone else to see. Then they turn around and lie that your issue was taken care of. Very bad customer service and now they have my money and I do not have my items I ordered.
