I got a letter in the mail that sounded too good to be true, and i guess it was. They took my money and will not speak with me to tell me why this happened. They cant even cancel me because they dont go by last names. They go by authorization numbers!! Also it is very illegal to send unactive credit cards throught the mail, they tried to explain to me that what they did was not illegal, but when i asked the business bureau, they agreed with me! I have alredy called my local news station to try to see if they could find out how they can stop them or make them knowm.

CCS lied to you. They go by last names. That's the first thing they asked for when I called them. Then they ask your first name and tell you your address and ask you to verify other information. They give you your member number, but for them to tell you they can't cancel the card because they don't go by last names is pure bull. You should have been immediately directed to a supervisor as I found out the hard way.
