ccs first national member card sent me a credit card to my sister inlaws address ,and i knew something was wrong right away because nobody sends you a credit card int the mail without you asking for it....and then i read it and they charge you $299.00 dollors just to activate it...well i can tell i was born but i was'nt born yesterday.......i knew it was a RIPOFF,so i'm writing you to file a complaint
