CCS FIRST NATIONAL MEMBERCARD FRAUD

They sent me a Credit Card but didn't seem real....I searched the website to verify information before calling to activate it and guess what???? I found another report on the web that convinced me that this was FRAUD!!!! It gave me a balance of $6500.00 I received a call about 3 days before my card arrived in the mail but i refuse to give them my saving account number. I asked her if she could fax me some type of documentation to confirm that the call was legit. The female told me she had nothing to give me until my application was fully processed and completed. After she realized that i would not give her my account number, she finally hung up.
