Hello and thank you for hearing our situation,
I do not know of any other way to start this, other than from the top of when I opened this account with FNBO bank on January 10, 2018. At the beginning of the application, it was asked where I would be receiving the money from and my answer was “Beneficiary!” FNBO opened the account as a P2P account, which stands for peer-to-peer. To most, this should mean to send and receive money from anyone other than yourself...Right?
Once I was approved for the account, making the initial deposit, and “that” being approved of, everything was a Go! So I gave the go-ahead for the funds to be direct deposited into the account at FNBO from “Well's Fargo” as me, is the Beneficiary. I get our card in the mail a few days later and activate it while waiting for the funds to clear...
When the money cleared (I have pictures...nothing was pending!) in the bank, I went to the gas station to get gas and the card didn’t work...So I called the bank and was told to wait 24 hours before using the card (Nothing, was mentioned about the funds being from a bank other than my own or for a fact that anything was wrong!) everything should be good!
The next day...I go and try again, to get gas and, the same thing happens! This time, I was told to wait 10 days...So I wait the 10 days. The money in the bank has completely cleared with nothing pending whatsoever. There are pictures of this!
On day 10...I call to find out what is going on with the account, they hand me off to someone in management asking if I owned the account that this money came from? My answer was “No, I am a beneficiary of the Wells Fargo account.” Then she asks if I owned the Woodforest account, and I answer...”Yes, My name is on that account!” They proceeded to tell me that, I don't own either one of these accounts, and that FNBO will only allow funds into or out of the account that is in my name. If they really recorded this conversation, then you will catch me saying that is really odd! I have never heard of such thing.
Yes, she said that nothing can go in or out of my account unless it is coming or going to or from an account in our name! But, wait a minute...I have never heard of such a bank. It does not make sense if I am a beneficiary if this person is dead. Just as a scenario, that means that I would be dead and would be sending myself money! I was not trying to be funny, I was trying to understand. I was told that this is how FNBO works. I was called a fraud because the money came from a bank that was in someone else's name with me being the beneficiary!
I called again but, this time there was a male on the phone and he was rude...Loud (over talking me), wouldn't let me finish what I was saying (When they have just cleared not a small amount of our money in their bank, but a large amount of money)! I had to talk just as loud as he was, to make myself feel as if I was heard. Mostly, what I wanted to know was, if I was going to get our money back and when!
1. What bank requires that you only send and receive money from themselves? What if it was an employer, are these people telling me that our employer will have to have an account special for us to use their bank? I have never heard of an S2S “Self-to-Self” account and they should list this account as an S2S and “NOT” P2P, which means peer-to-peer!
2. Why was any of this mentioned, while they were waiting for our money to clear in their bank?
3. As soon as this account was put in the system for deposit, didn't they see that it was from a bank that was not in name and why did they allow this money to clear into their bank in the first place? It should have never been opened when I listed “Beneficiary” as our purpose for opening the account.
4. Why did they allow it to clear before denying me access to our money? To this day, I have not heard back from them to tell me the account has been closed! I can not have it, but they are using it to its full potential of making them a profit before giving it back. That is really messed up! Our country is messing over those who are and have fought for this country when there is good that is supposed come from it...
Once the money cleared in our account they started denying me access to our account. First, the transfer to our Woodforest account which is in my name was denied. So that accusation that the account is not mine is a lie because, I have had that account for a long time now, and they want to tell me that this account is not mine. I had to ask them if they could read! And then from there, every day I would get a different emails telling me that I had lost the privilege to transfers from the account, then I could not receive anything into the account again. But, the account as of today February 14, 2918, the account is still not closed. So, what are their intentions with our money?
They were rude and yelled at me on the phone because that just didn't make any sense to me of not being able to receive or send money from other accounts unless it has my name on it. When I asked if they were going to send the money back, I got a quick yeah!” As if to say, we will think about that and quickly went right back to calling me a fraud.
This money is beneficiaries to me to give to human trafficking, orphanages, and children's hospitals as a personal assistant for a portion of the monies as payment. Not only am I losing money to pay off my bills but, these children are loosing out more! I am safe and is getting by! What is really going on? Me or no one I know knows of this type of account...It should be public that there is a change or is this supposed to be suppressed as well?
They should have never opened this account, as soon as they seen the word “beneficiary” as the purpose of opening the account or did they care because all they want is to take our money! How long will they hold on to our money and what are they doing with our money, making profits then reject then send back? Is it race after talking on the phone? Did they intend on allowing me to have it in the first place, other than completing their agenda? Is this legal? These people are liars, they are taking advantage of people, and they need to be exposed for what they are. That is why I am writing this letter. If there is anyone out there that can help, I would greatly appreciate it if you would contact me.

Hello, I have a situation that just does not seem fair at all, see the attachments. To this day, they have not returned the money to its rightful owner as they called it. Why is that? Are they making money off of what they are telling me I cannot have? P2P means peer-to-peer but it turns out that they are sort of a lending company using your money to give out loans. They asked me what kind of transaction up front as to what business I would be doing, yet they opened the account and excepted my money which is still sitting in their bank! They say that the other bank is saying that this is not my money...the person is not dead but deployed so, why are they still holding the money in their bank and not returned it?
