My existing (tire plus total car care) credit card was missing or stolen, on 3/12/2025 I reported it & requsted a (new) card. They stated I would get a (new) one within 7 to 14 Days.

On 3/18/205 applicant # 012279863

I recieved a written Letter , stating "my application has been "Declined" , because I already have a existing account.

I attempted several times, to resolved the bad situation, but the so-called (supervisor) Mr. "Prince" I.D. # 3198 (refused) to listen & would (Not) Help me.

I noticed the Association has many complaints against them.

All I (Required) is a new credit card...........!
