Credit First National Association Agreeable with negative reviews cleveland Ohio

I am a new customer to this company and wish I had read the reviews before accepting a credit card.  Alot of times people accuse those with negative reviews as being people who are behind on their payments, but such is not the case with me, and it is my prayer that these reviews go noted by the CEO so that he is aware of the fraud taking place within his company. 

I attempted to pay my account off within 2 weeks of using it; payment was rejected after a week saying invalid account type.  I was told by agent at CFNA that my bank rejected it; but bank verified that payment was never submitted.  After I shared with CFNA what bank stated, they then came up with their bank rejected saying wrong account number but agent quoted me the correct number.  After I disputed that, the next accuse was invalid account type. Company never contacted me in the process.  I made the minimum payment with different card and different account, then agent accused me of typing in wrong account number when I called to inquire about it.  MULTIPLE customers have complained about the company causing them late fees but no one is listending.  THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE, company is very DISHONEST, and CEO needs to understands the effect this will have on business.  It may seem like it's prospering but there is NO PROSPERITY in wickedness!
