What a rip off. Over $900 was fraudulently debited from my business account via business debit card and this bank says too bad. They will only refund $84. Who offers a product to their customers and then screws them for $900? First National Bank of South Padre Island that's who.
I reported the transactions immediately. Funny how the bank has a firm call and check activity locally or even in Texas but when someone runs up charges in Las Vegas, where i haven't been in 30 years, it fails to call. (check your records)
I waited 90 days for their investigation (what a sham) only to be told sorry you signed for this possibility. They want to use the paperwork when you sign up yet the account shows they still need my business certificate for this business bank account. They dont have that.
Not only do i not recommend anyone getting or using business debit card, i also dont recommend this bank. Their online banking is slow and not up to date like mainstream banks.

Just to be clear the individual im dealing with at the bank have been most polite. It's the banks policy i have problem with. Hopefully they can get my $900+ back to me.
