Since the 2019 Equifax/PayPal data breach, Credit One has taken full advantage of having my full social security, D.O.B., and every other piece of personal information one would need to open a credit card. They relentlessly spam/scam my phones as quickly as I can block their numbers, change my numbers, sign up for security breach and safety apps/programs, nothing stops them. They have also spoofed my phone. Once I finally do call them to ensure I'm calling the actual company of Credit One, I try always to contact their HQ. I'm always transferred to Indian, where I inform them that I too am recording. They always get very upset when I refuse to stop, but I will not. I have recordings of them asking me questions and the CSR making loud comments that make it sound as though I'm signing up for a new card, when I say, "excuse me? I didn't confirm that account, and NO, I do NOT want the card, I didn't sign up for it, and this is always happening," the response was, "oh ma'am, that was just a slip of my tongue." Well, it wasn't a slip of his tongue, because it continued, and it really sounds ridiculous on the recording. These people can't be called a legitimate lending institution and the most obvious Indian scam company at the same time?! How do we stop this?!

How much money do you owe this subprime, deadbeat credit card company which just decided to pick you out of the clear blue sky???
