Went online to make my payment only to find out the bank dropped me. Last month i sent a hundred dollar payment only to have it returned. I was sent a letter saying we recieved a payment of a hundred dollars. that was returned due to Account/ Unable to locate. how do you return a payment to a non existing account? After i recieved this letter i sent a 30 dollar payment and they kept that one. I have made every payment to them before the payment date. They went on in this very short letter to threaten to close my account if it ever happened agian. i recieved this letter on December 5, 2018.

how do you return a payment to a non existing account?

- Sadly I doubt you would understand the answer. But basically what ever bank you sent it to said they could not find an account with the information you provided.  Thus the credit card reversed your payment.  So a better question would be, how come you didn't notice when the $100 payment was not taken out of your bank account?

After i recieved this letter i sent a 30 dollar payment and they kept that one.
- Why would you only send $30? By your own admission you should have an extra $100 that was returned. What happened to the other $70?

They went on in this very short letter to threaten to close my account if it ever happened agian.
- You are lucky they tried to give you another chance. They can actually close your account out at any time and for any reason, and having a payment
returned is a very good reason. Oh and yes that is what you agreed to when you opened the account, and is standard with EVERY credit card.
