CREDIT ONE BANK NA Reporting fraudulent information to Credit Report Agencies about me LAS VEGAS Nevada

Credit One Bank is Reporting fraudulent information to Credit Report Agencies about me. They are reporting NEGATIVE payments on a credit card I do not have. They have reported it as an open account with late payments. When I phoned Credit One I was transferred to a collection agency and it wasn't even the account I phoned in about, the transfer was for an old account that did not even belong to me, an account I had file a complaint with Credit One and sent them all the documents they requested to prove it was not my account. Years go by thinking it was taken care of. Now I find they sold an account not even mine to a collection. Then I phone Credit one back and an hour on the phone they continued telling me I didn't have an open account with them, yet it clearly says I do on my credit report. All the way to a supervisor telling me the same thing. Finally I ask why they are fraudulently reporting I have an open account then. I was told they are not and they would never do that. Yet in black and white they sure are. They refused to admit it to me; they refused to remove what they are not reporting. And they are reporting my having a closed negative account with a balance owed even though I proved it was not mine years ago.
