CCS ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I received a call from CCS, Credit Service Division saying that I was pre-approved for a $6500.00 credit card and immediate cash.

When the paperwork came it said they would deduct $198.00 from my account for the credit card that was really just a shopping card to be used in their catalog.

I called to cancel. They would not let me. They put me through to several "managers", none if which would allow me to cancel. Eventually, they hung up on me.

I have tried to call back and they connect me to a "dead" number.

I am VERY, VERY upset about this. I cannot afford this and want to know how to get my money back.
