CD RV Parts...Christopher A. Maple Owner RV Parts Center Placed order, Charged to My Credit Card within 24 hrs, never received order, couldn't track order, filed with BBB in CA, NO RESONSE from CD RV Parts Oceanside, California

I placed an order with CD RVParts on line on July 29, 2009, within 2 hrs I received an  e-mail saying that my order was being processed, the e-mail even provided an order number and link to track my order. I waited a couple of days, and used the link, no order to track was my message.

I began trying to contact the Company - I sent e-mails on 8/4, 8/6, 8/7, 8/9, 8/12, 8/13 during this time I also called the company, I could never leave a message, their message always said that the voice mail was full.

August 4 was the only time I received an actual response from Chris (no last name) his e-mail said he would check with the warehouse to be sure they had received my order.....never heard another word, never received the order. On the 12th of August I began requesting to have my credit card refunded. That has not happened yet.

I filed a complaint with the BBB in LA, CA on 8/13, received a reply back from them on 8/14, said they had made two attempts to contact CD RVParts but had no response.

After reading the e-mail from Virginia, I will try to contact the new owners and give them an opportunity to handle this properly, otherwise I also will go to my credit card company and start a fraud case.
