Sound advice to those who lost their monies with CD2U.  Seems like there is no way to contact them and my bank draft has already cleared and not much I can do but file various reports against them.

However, they still have all my banking info and according to my bank can make a draft at any time for any amount.  Only recourse is to open a new account and close the old one.

I am filing a report with the city of Louisville, BBB and Federal Trade Commission for help.

It sounds like to me your one of those people who are trying to get something for nothing, failed to submitt ordering information correctly, or failed to communicate with the company.    You do have to be an adult to order from them and follow guidelines they do not sell to minors.  If you are an adult and did order something then you need to communicate that to the company and they will be happy to correct the problem.

 

I have been doing business with CD2U  for well over 5 years and not once have I been ripped off by this compnay.   I always received the product order or a better product then ordered.   It is really hard to believe or trust your complaint. I just don't believe you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
