I just wanted to let you know about this sellers terrible customer service and item. Go read some of these horror stories dealing with this seller. Also note that this seller only has a free hotmail address for contact info... should you ever have a problem (and you will) you'll have only one way to contact him. He takes weeks to answer emails. The reason he doesn't have very many negative feedbacks is because the CDs generally work for a year. The anti-priacy software built in makes the CD "expire" in a year or sooner if you try to reinstall the CD on a new computer or new hard drive. When this happens, you have to email the seller and get a new unlock code. The problem is that he doesn't answer emails or if he does it takes weeks. So, you're stuck with a product that you can't even use! I've emailed him numerous times trying to get a new unlock code but he won't respond. I celled the phone number he uses in his ebay contact info but it is connected to a fax machine. The seller is very cheesy so beware!

To all those who have been scammed by CDMOTO.COM and purchased the product via Ebay or the website cdmoto.com I can help.
I simply went in search of reclaiming what was mine bought and paid for and locked via security measures that Adobe or FOpen was willing to discuss.
