CDWS, General Warranty Services, Consumer Direct Warranty Services, BE AWARE FRAUD FRAUD ALERT!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CDWS EVER!!!! Salem Massachusetts

Foolishly I purchased a warranty for my BMW from CDWS General Warranty Services last year and paid on time ever month via ACH Debit. When I spoke with the person who prayed upon me like a serpent he told me "ANYTHING" that goes wrong with your car is covered even better than the dealership would cover." I thought that this was a great deal until........

I took a trip 250 miles from home and my tranmission went out on the highway. So I pulled out my trusty little card and called them. They said "Youre on your own bring it to a place when you get home." I was so frustrated that they did not arrange a wrecker (as advertised) So I arranged to get it back to my hotel. The only thing that I could do was rent a penske truck with a tow dolly and drive it back to Houston. (terrible day)

When I got it to the dealership my service advisor told me they declined the repairs because of a previous claim re: the transmission (that was not covered at the time either) My service advisor showed them the documents that I took great care of my car, so it went back for review. This time they declined it because they said "The point of failure is from the torque converter" So that denied it again.

I went to have it replaced and I spent $3,000.00 cash. I was sickened they did not pay for rental, nothing. Then a week after I got back my power steering pump went out. (In know I know not my lucky few months) I took it in they declined that as well. Another 1,200.00 in repairs. Onec again another stake through the heart from those fraudulant criminals. I soon thereafter stopped paying them.

I HAVE ONE WORD FOR YOU. DO NOT USE A THIRD PARTY CAR WARRANTY COMPANY THEY ARE ALL PROBABLY THE SAME. SOME VERY UNETHICAL LAWYERS CREATED THE VERBIAGE IN THIER DISCLAIMERS. DON'T DO IT.
