CE CIC Credit Expert ripoff in a big way Orange California

For a few years, I belonged to Experian Credit Expert. They would send you warnings if your credit card was used, credit rating dropped, etc. It was run by Experian, one of three companies that determines credit ratings for ME and YOU and virtually everyone else on the planet. When you go to buy a house, the bank pulls up three credit reports, and one of them is from Experian. Anyways, one would think that they would be a reputable company and not rip people off.

Anyways, I am checking my credit card balances in the WWW this AM and I find, surprisingly, that one of my cards has less balance than I expected, so I called them. Seems that I have a charge of $89.95 on there from CE-CIC Credit Manager.

Puzzled, I do a web search and I get to this site. I went to consumerinfo.com and also to Creditexpert.com (the site run by Experian) and I see that the phone number and addresses are the SAME!! I now have an $89.85 charge from CE-CIC that I in no way authorized. I called the bank and they are sending me a dispute form, and the lady I spoke to says she gets calls all the time regarding this company. Sign me up for the lawsuit, these people must be stopped.

This is so disgusting. And, this particular credit card has been in the freezer for the last four months, as I have been trying not to use it. My apologies for the long post.
