I was informed by my bank that GCF GrnteedCnsmrFndg had attempted to take 99 dollars from my account. on January 7, 2008. I told them that I had not authorized this withdrawal. They said that the number the company gave them is 1-866-747-4119, and I should call them to let them know they made a mistake.

I called them and an automated system picked up and it referred me to a website which is gcf4all.com/index.html At the top I saw Guaranteed Consumer Funding. I wanted to see how to reach them so I clicked the contact us button and it showed the same phone number that the bank gave me and the company name of CEC Solutions, LLC.

We tryed numerous times to get in touch with this company with no success. My bank filled out some papers stating that this was an un-authorized transaction and rejected paying this company anything. The bank insisted that I close out my account to prevent them from trying to steal from me again, which I did. I am one of the lucky ones that didn't get any money stolen from me by CEC Solutions, LLC (Guaranteed Consumer Funding), even though they tried.

Guaranteed Consumer Funding is a pure RIP-OFF. The company is NO DIFFERENT than it's buddy "Blue Hippo". Charging people $99 + 24 bi-weekly drafts of $69.96? The computers are not worth more than $500.00!!

**Consumers, do NOT allow yourselves to be ripped-off like this!! Go into your local Wal-Mart or Best Buy and CHECK THE PRICES!! Companies like Guaranteed Consumer Funding and Blue Hippo are RIPPING YOU OFF!! DO THE MATH before you agree to pay lots of money for a computer that is NO WHERE NEAR what you can get at Wal-Mart, or even the Dell or HP/Compaq website!!**

$99.00 + ($69.96 x 24 months) = $1778.04

Same computer in Wal-Mart = $448.00

As an employee here at GCf, it upsets me to see such invalid complaints. We have a 100% inbound program (people call us we do not call them) designed to help the credit impaired (no credit or bad credit) customers. We give 100% full disclosure on how our automated payment system works and we do not require any customer to authorize payments for 2 weeks from their initial sign up. This gives each customer the opportunity to receive and review their agreement and call us back to cancel if they feel the program is not right for them without incurring any drafts.

We will cancel out your automatic debits as long as your authorized payments is not already in process. We tell every customer that we require 5 business days to stop, defer or change an active payment. This person called in after their payment was processed and was not accountable for their actions. We do improve credit and we deliver quality merchandise to those who are out to change their patterns and old habits that lead them to be credit impaired. Unfortunately not all customers can be saved or helped because they always like to play the victim in lifes big play
