CEC Solutions SCAM!!! Taking hard earned money from a soldier now McClean Virginia

James Gibson from CEC AKA Guaranteed Consumer Funding from McLean, VA. Now calls me on October 21st 2008 and informs me that they do not feel comfortable with my emails because I kept mentioning getting a lawyer, due to all the promises of the delivery and I have made 16 payments of $59.98 plus an activation fee of $99.00. I started this process in March 2008, trusting this company that I would receive this computer after the 5 consecutive payments as they advertise. This is False Advertisement and I will continue with filing claims with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. You all must do the same please, we must stop them. He then canceled my account, because I kept telling them I would get a lawyer and that I filed a complaint with the BBB. This company preys on low income and fixed income individuals that my have to breech the contract, they don't deliver any merchandise in hope that you will get so frustrated and cancel. And in this contract you will lose your money because you canceled, This is how they get you, Now they can keep all your money. I am moving forward, I did not cancel they did! there has to be a law against this and I will not stop until this is made right. I have contacted channel 3 in California and will continue on with, David Horowitz fightback.com and Kurtis Ming who helps with consumer problems on channel 13 here in California.
