This company promises to help rebuild your credit w/a down payment of 99.00 and in my case bi-weekly payments of 64.00 I have been making payments since July and have not recieved a computer I did receive a letter in the mail stating they needed copies of check stubs and that I needed to update my license; I refuse to spend anymore time on this matter; I have paid them a lot of money and haven't receive the computer and they are also not reporting to the credit bureau; the company is obviously a scam and someone needs to intervene.

Why are you shilling for the arbitration forum?
Seems to me that the author of this report should sue them is small claims court. The author should also file a complaint with the FTC and the state attorney general in the author's state and the state where CEC resides.
