Ceditone Bank I was charged a 19.00 fee for rush delivery which I did not request Internet

I apllied for a creditone I recieved it but did not activate. within two weeks i recieved a bill for 94.00 which was 75.00 activation fee and 19.00 for rush delivery. I did not request rush delivery as ther is no option on line for this. I spoke to 2 managers that insisted i requested rush delivery after telling them that the option is not online, they both insisted i did. My wife went online and filled out the same application and no option for rush delivery. They refuse to take it off as it is just a scam for this company to rip you off. They said they could not reverse the charge because it was at my request which is false. I strongly recommend not getting involved with creditone bank they will rip you off.
