Cedrica Miller is a name to remember. She uses two company names:

SEMG, LLC
SRMG, LLC

She promotes herself as marketing and promotional services. Do not use her as she is a fraud. I retained her for services and delivered to her $5000 upon her signing an official executed contract, and she has only offered excuses and asked for more time since February 17, 2015.

Spoke to her and she has promised me on taped conversation and text messages to return my retainer and she created excuses rather than even deliver on that. I've given her a month and half to return my $5000 and said I would work with her on a commission basis, to which she agreed. She failed to deliver.

I do have a contract in place which provides me the legal route to go after her, her businesses.  Her business name is ironically the same a s the famous SEMG, (Sports Entertainment Management Group). Be warned. If you want information, I can send it to you to investigate for yourself, meaning, don't just take my word for it.
