Ordered 2 items 2 weeks ago, still no shipping confirmation. Have contacted several times re: order status, they have only responded vaguely with no information and giving you the run around and stop replying. They told me my order was shipped last week, and still have not gotten anything. They've only responded now that I have disputed the claim via pay pal trying to get me to lift the claim so it won't be "held at the post office", in which it should've passed through days if not a werek ago.
They blocked me and a few other customers from their instagram website due to us coming to realization that we were not the only one getting scammed. We began to converse our similar frustrations with the boutique on their picture (a post stating they are closed on weekends and do NOT respond to emails and began to ship on monday) on a Monday afternoon, when they should be "open" again, and when they must've logged on, seen us blasting the fact that all 4 of us (customers) have not yet received our items, they BLOCKED us all from the page.
Even writing one girl after blocking her, stating they have shipped her items on Wednesday. EVERYTHING about this "online boutique" screams FRAUD and I knew it once I didn't get the standard shipping confirmation via PayPal. Do not let these people fool you they will take your money ! Hope this can help.
Below is a very brief converstaion after 2 WEEKS of being ignored and not having gotten my items. Now that I have disputed the order and demand a refund and threaten to report them, they responded almost immediately with what seems to be an automated email, because they then responded with the same email after I sent them this. #FRAUD

Miss I placed a hold on your shipping in upper Maryland post as I have notice you have filed a claim with your order ... So when a claim Is set in motion to protect the buyer and seller only 1 of your items will be delivered to you and the other will be held at post office until the claim is lifted

The new name is susancboutique. I'm going through the same thing you went through b cause I just now found your report. I ordered a month ago and still nothing . They changed the name last night by "updating" the site their name on Instagram is still "ceeceeboutique"
