Celadon Trucking Services Group celadon wont let me drive Indianapolis Indiana

as i had stated before my last day of work was nov. 26th the lady in saftey told me all she needed was the recipt showing the ticket was taken care of i was trying to get them to let me take a load thru ark. where i had made a deal with the city attorneys and the court to have my moving violation dropped to a non moving cause i HAD a clean record saftey refused and told me i was a saftey risk so i was so frustrated i borrowed the money and sent the ticket off to be paid 11 days later i got the reciept in the mail and faxed it to saftey by this time they were closed so i called in the morning and driver manager informed me i was still suspended so i asked her to transfer me over and i would get this handled quickly, NOTHING, all voice mails so i called back and had my DM leave this lady a message to call me asap and she did about an hour later i get a call and she left a voice mail as i was busy, she said she needed a copy of the orig. ticket i was never informed of this and had never delt with this before so i called this nice lady down at the court house in ark. and she sent a copy direct to saftey i get a call saying she recieved it later that day i called and asked if there was a load and i was informed that yet i was still suspend and the lady from saftey left at noon the next morning dec. 30th i get woke up at 700 central saying i have a load 250 from home down to ky so i ran it got there whn i said i would i dropped and got a mty i went down to the truck stop grabbed a quick bite to eat and went back to the truck with it i sent a msg asking for a load i got a message back to deadhead to indy so i called and asked why am i doing this the lady said "u might get a load out of here in the morning" i continued to tell her "ive been fighting for loads from celadon since i started here almost, i know ur not deadheading me 260mi. to MAYBE get a load" so she put me on hold then came back and said "ur dm has a note in here that u need to see saftey in the morning" so i ran up there in the morning went into saftey and was told "we allow 20 pts u had 7 from service failures and other things (not sure of that) then he said the accident added 10 to total 17 pts then u had a moving violation from the accident that adds another 10pts ur not safe enough to drie for us" so i told him "i wouldnt have that ticket if that lady "tammy Forsythe" had let me go down there in person and get it settled" he came back with "if it was me come hell or highwater i wouldnt let someone keep me from something that has to do with my lic." so i told him "u would if ur wife hit a deer with the only vech. u had and since the only checks u get from celadon r $200 or $300 u live 270 miles from court r u gonna walk, i hink not" and i walked out then he chased me down and asked if i needed a bus ticket and i said yes and they sent me home thank god they r decent enough to do that but still i was off work from nov 26th to dec 30th and im not safe enough to drive their truck but yet i can run one last load from my house to indy is 370 miles i still after the load deadheaded 260 mi. its beyond beleif what they did i called many times while suspended and told they lady in saftey i had other job offers and can i return the truck and she said they would have someone come get it, that i wasnt safe enough and i would have abandment of truck put on my dac so i was forced to wait
