Celebrations World Resort - Vacation Ownership Plans ripoff refused refund stated in contract can not contact dishonest rude and unethical Kissimmee Florida

i purchased a holiday package and from the start of the phone call, i was told that i have a 30 day refund policy. this is also stated in writting in their information on the net. I have downloaded a copy of this for possible further action.

in contacting them three times i was literally laught at and told there is nothing i can do, even though in the offer i have from them it clearly states that this contract supersedes all prior offers made in regard to this offer. and also a 30 day refund policy with no penalty to the customer is also written in this offer.

i contacted the office of fair trading in australia and told to seek legal advice due to the fact it is an american company and they have no power in this matter. hopefully anyone who is approached by this unethical company will not do any dealings with them. when trying to e-mail or fax the letter of demand to them none of these have even got through. the e-mail in contact us on their site is just for show it will not submit complaint at all.

the person i spoke to basiclly said that if their sales person lied it has nothing to do with their company.(?) i recorded the last call and i read out the terms and conditions sent to me and they still said that i am not reading it all (i read it from start to finish). when he heard the letter and i told him that with out any willingness to stick to the offer given to me
i would be forced to contact somebody else about this matter and again was laught at and told "i am shaking in my boots" and treated like a nobody.

these companies should not be able to hide behind phone numbers and web sites with no contact other than the rude customer service deparment which is of no service other than to their company.
