celedon trucking total rip off company to work for Indiananapolis, Indiana

In all of my years I have never seen such a rip off company to work for as celedon.  I f they say you are running 1000 miles a week...well maybe thats the only truth that has spewed out of that hole under their nose.  At .20 cents a mile that would give you 200 dollars a week not including deductions.   In the past 4 weeks, my boyfriends checks were .oo,  638.00, 100.00 and 200.00....nice pay IF YOU ARE A PAPER BOY!....they have dispatchers that never communicate with each other so there have been times when two drivers show up for the same load.  Most of the time they have you running a 50 mile trip to and from the yard,  are they serious!  I am seriously thinking of having my boyfriend apply for federal welfare, and he'd qualify for it too!  They have him sitting in truck stops for long periods of time....mind you with his 100.00 paycheck.....I 'd like to see the CEO of the company go home and had his wife a 100 dollar paycheck for a week's worth of work...and she hasn't seen him for that entire week to boot.  Please video tape that because It would sure be a hit on you tube.  As for routing  that other report was completly accurate, they have you going all over the place in stead of the most direct route...then have you wait in a bay to be loaded....oops......your driving time is up!   My boyfriend hasn't slept so much in his life.  I'm not saying go against federal regulations, but he's only driving about 3 hours a day....the rest is spent sitting......and that is if he gets a load. Driver's beware...they are getting rich while you are making 20 cents a mile......GO TO ANOTHER COMAPNY  run...don't walk !!!   Their recruiters are nothing used car salesman in their earlier years.....and will promise you the world and give you nothing but misery! AND DEBT!
