This is my story of how my children and I were ripped off and scammed by what I thought was a nice and caring person. I was a woman looking through the internet when I found the web site of Celese Morgan, who calls herself Lady Dragoness. She told me she was experienced with what she called very advanced magic. She also mentioned someone named Mike Cahill and referred me to his web site too. She talked me into spending all the rest of my life savings. I have four children- two that I stay home with, and two in school, very young. I guess what caught me is that I thought she loved people and loved children, this is what I read on her web site. When I e-mailed her, she gave me her phone number and we did talk for a long time on the phone. She must have been pretty desperate to get my money because she made all kinds of promises about bringing back my husband to me because he left me alone with four children.

I found out soon enough that all the things she said on her web site are made up to make her sound like a nice person that would do anything to help someone. She told me that Mike Cahill and herself were going to cast some magic for me, together to make the spell have a lot of power and promised it would work in two weeks.

I paid her over a thousand dollars- some of which I had to borrow to pay her. She even had me talk to Mike Cahill on the telephone and both of them promised me they would give me results. I then paid Mike Cahill a thousand dollars too- which took the rest of my small savings that I had. After my money was sent, I never heard from either of them again. If anyone reads this and is looking for any kind of magic work my warning is DO NOT CONTACT EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE!

THE F.B.I. TOLD ME THIS IS CALLED "BAIT AND SWITCH" WHEN TWO people that know each other take advantage of someone then BAIT them, get their money, and never contact them again !

I only wish that now I would have found this internet page of Rip Off report much sooner so that I could have avoided all the lies, hurt, and hardship that Celeste Morgan inflicted upon myself and my children. I thought that by how nice her web pages looked and how she talked all about her children, that she really did care about me. I was SO SO SO WRONG. Celeste Morgan, you should be ashamed of yourself for being so nice then stealing the food right out of my childrens mouths. You are a DEVIL from HELL and the Georgia authorities will be in touch with you soon !

I am going to be EVICTED from my house with four small children without anywhere to go, because of Celeste Morgan and Mike Cahill.

I have reported BOTH of them to the F.B.I. the Florida Law Enforcement authorities, and to some other web sites that specialize in apprehending people such as these two who are LIARS, CHEATS, FAKES, AND actually these two people have been reported for GRAND LARCENY to the F.B.I. and to the FLorida law enforcement.

DO NOT GET ANY SPELL WITH either Celeste Morgan OR Mike Cahill- THEY ARE FRAUDS, SCAMS, LIARS, AND THIEFS THAT SOON WILL BE PUT IN JAIL AND CHARGED WITH GRAND LARCENY!

THE STATE OF GEORGIA IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS TYPE OF CRIME. I have seen several reports about these two people here and in the state of Georgia, they will prosecute these two QUICKLY which now, is the ONLY thing that gives me and my children ( soon to be homeless and still very hungry without money or food to eat ) any comfort now is knowing the state of Georgia is getting ready to serve court papers to both Celeste Morgan and Mike Cahill and they will be charged with GRAND LARCENY AND PROSECUTED TO SERVE AT LEAST TEN YEARS IN A FLORIDA STATE PEN !
