Celia Harned was assigned to my case earlier this year. She was court assigned because of child abuse from my ex husband to our children. She was assigned the case in January but didn't start her investigation until June and the court hearing was 2 weeks away. She wrote a 5 page report in a matter of 2 weeks. She suggested my ex have split custody because she feels he's rehabilitated!?

After my hearing I spoke with several attorneys in the area and they were all questioning who in the world would suggest Celia Harned. SHe is biased towards the parent who is less fit!! I wish I had known this when the judge appointed her to my case. I was told that ED Bud is suppose to be the best Child/Family Investigator in the area. Don't waste your time or money on someone who doesn't care about your children.
