Celie Delivery has been advertised several times lately on the local radio station. About a month ago, my mother was visiting me so I decided to look them up and give them a try. I Googled them, and found that they offered email, text, and phone ordering. I opted for email. I entered all of the information they instructed to provide, and sent the email. About 20 minutes later, I still hadn't received any kind of confirmation, so I sent a followup email. Then I tried calling their number, and after 10 minutes on hold no one had picked up. I didn't receive a reply to my email, either, so I gave up.
Three days later I received a reply from them, apologizing and saying that they were no longer accepting email orders because people hadn't been providing enough information on them. I just checked and their site still says they accept email orders. Very professional.
They did offer me a $20 gift card to Subway (the restaurant I'd originally tried to get them to deliver food from) and free delivery with my next order. Next time I opted to call in. They did answer this time, and when the girl came to the door, she gave me my total. I explained to her that I'd used a gift code and she acted confused. Once again, very professional.
I actually did opt to use them again about a week ago. I chose to use text ordering this time. The response was almost immediate, and I received my groceries within about an hour of ordering. When I sent a followup text, they even gave me a time estimate.
Then two days ago I tried to do a text order, and never received a reply.
All in all, they are way too inconsistent and reliable to be trusted as a delivery service. They claim that all restaurants in the area can now claim to offer delivery, because Celie Delivery can do it for them, but I think they'd end up angering a lot of people.

If you choose to believe that I randomly got on ripoffreport.com and just picked a business out of thin air to give a bad review to, then go ahead.
I'll let the readers decide for themselves, whether to believe the person with real life experience and details to relate, or the person that is so insecure about the validity of their point that they can't even attempt to make it without swearing and name calling.
Oh, and I hope you weren't expecting to impress anyone with your "soldier here at Fort Riley" bit. Half the people that would even read this review (including its author) are soldiers at--gasp--Fort Riley.

I am a soldier here in Fort Riley, Kansas and I love Celie Delivery. People around here cry, cry, cry, instead of fixing their problems and that is the main problem in America especially in the middle of nowhere KANSAS.
If you did not know, Celie Delivery is a franchise so in some part they accept credit card, email order, phone order, etc. But in some parts THEY DONT. If they give you $20.00 that is 4 that is 4 time they amount of a delivery (the loss a lot of money just to keep you freaking happy).
I am not getting pay by this company, I just ran across your danm report. I have to say, you are stupid and you dont know when a good thing is happening around your town instead of supporting them you are slandering them.
People of Junction City, Celie Delivery is planning to quit this service in the area people of people like her. Many delivery service across America require you to have a minimum fee purchase, Celie Delivery dont. It is like the only one of its kind especially in small town of less than 40,000 like Junction City, let us give them some time to get perfect.
When I am at work and I cannot go to Burger King, I just call Celie Delivery. We need to support this service and keep it around because it is convenient for all of us. Do not listen to this BS this person is trying to throw at you. If you have a problem, lets call them and help them fix it, do not slander our small businesses.
We have a few car dealers, convenient stores, and restaurants that can be great if the community just support them. But guess what, they dont. If our entrepreneurs cannot get your support, they can take their $20,000 to $300,000 and go support some big city where your opinions really dont freaking matter.
