Cell for Cash RMS Communications Group Inc. I submitted cellphones and was promised to get paid for them and the company refuses to pay me or even return my emails. They have basically stolen the phones I sent them. ocala, Florida

Cell for cash promises to take old cell phones and pay you for them.  They will resell what they can and recycle what they are unable to sell.  On 7/14/2009 I submitted cellphones to Cell for cash.  They received the phones on 7/20/2009 and started the verification process.  they promised me $150 for the entire lot and then found one of them to be broken and reduced the total to $100.  I heard nothing for a long time.  I email them and asked the status and they told me that I would have to wait 45 day until after the phones were verified for my payment.  They finished the verification on 7/29/09.  I waited 50 days and noticed that nothing was happening with my account.  I sent an email and got a response saying that my request had been "sent to accounting for payment."  Weeks went by with me asking the status and I have not heard from them since.  I checked around and it seems that this is their standard operating procedure.  They take phones, promise money and never deliver.  Please help if you can.
