Cell Phone Plus Having preordered Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 mini on the 4/23/2010 the Company charged me $531.28 which I paid with credit card. I have NOT received the phone up till now ( 10/9/2010) Eagle River Wisconsin

On the 4/23/2010 I back ordered Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Gsm phone from Cell Phones Plus. I paid $513.28 (including FedEx shipping) through my credit card. Up to the time of filling this report I have not received the phone eventhough the said phone has been available in the stores for several months. Several emails writen to the Company were fruitless. I was asked to contact the CEO of the Company, Mr David Rietz who was most unhelpful in th resolution of my matter. I was later referred to one Robert at rsolem@minocqualakeside.com and informed that 'he ( Robert) will have to provde you with the papers for the refund or get you the refund obviously'. Mr Robert never replied my email. The Company has now refused to reply to my emails

As a resulf of the complaints lodged with the Credit Card issuing bank and Rip Off Report, Master Card refunded the $513.28. I thank Rip off Report for publishing my report which led to a refund. Dr Ibrahim Halid
