Cell Phone Repair Center Sent Sanyo 3200 with promise to fix. Called several times,e-mailed. Can't get phone back. Repaired or not. Tampa Florida

Found this company on the i-net. Called them, and ask them questions about repairing my Sanyo 3200 cell phone. I told them that the phone had been dropped in water and did not work. They assured me that they could fix the phone, and it would not cost more than $70. They stated that I would get a call from a technician, who would tell me more. After a week I called them. They acted surprised that no one had contacted me about the phone. They stated that they had to get a board for the phone. Two weeks later, I contacted them, again they stated that they needed more time. One, Two, Three months several phone calls, and e-mails. I asked them to send me back the phone without repair. Never received the phone or any response. Please help if you can.
